6 and 7 Months Old!

The past two months have gone by so fast and we have been very busy. Emory continues to grow and learn everyday. During month five she completely mastered rolling over in all directions and sitting on her own. She seems to like the new perspective of playing with her toys while sitting up. She also keeps getting closer to crawling. We can tell she is starting to figure it all out.  Emory is getting very attached to us and is starting to hate when we leave the room, even for a second. We have started feeding her baby food. She wasnt so sure about it all the first try but quickly got used to the idea and loves eating time. We also got a very big surprise this month (must scroll down to see). Emory's picture explains it all.  Here are her stats from her six month appointment:

Weight: 18 lbs 6 oz (90%)
Height: 27 3/4 inches (95%)

Eating for the first time. Yumm green beans!

 Practicing this crawling stuff.
 Getting up there!
 Bath Time...

 Sitting all by myself!
Playing with Daddy and watching those Bears games.

 Happy Girl!

This month wore her out! Sweet sleeping angel.

 And SURPRISE!!!
Yes you read her shirt correctly! Emory will be a big sister at the end of May! We were all pleasantly surprised with this precious gift!

Month 6

During month six Emory has become a very silly girl. She gets so excited and is giggling lots now. I think she gets most excited when Daddy comes home. She could be beginning to get grumpy, but if Dad walks in, she is all smiles and squeals in excitement. With all the wonderful morning sickness I get, I am very fortunate to have such a happy baby. She has tried all vegetables and we are starting on fruits. So far she has liked everything we have given her. Emory is so close to crawling. She definitely gets around, but now she is pushing her self around backwards instead of forwards. Im sure she will get the hang of it soon. Emory also had a very eventful first halloween. There was so much going on I dont think she knew what to think of all of it.
 Just chillin watching some Einstein
 Happy Girl
Emory "helped" Daddy hang Christmas lights!
She is getting all over the place now. She will skoot herself back into every corner.
 Playing with Blaze.
We decided it was time to lower the crib :)
Nathan made Emory a sweet wagon. She loves it!

She started giving us sideways smiles. They are so sweet!

We even took a trip to the pumpkin patch. She really liked all the pumpkins!
They had some really big pumpkins.

The straw was fun to play with too.
But dont take the little pumpkin I can actually hold! haha

We had a close family friend, Ashley Stathes, take Emory's six month pictures. Ashley did such a great job. We could not be more happy!
